We prioritize the cultivation of deep relationships and the promotion of interconnectedness between people and nature to ensure marginalized voices are central to shaping the future of environmental stewardship.

Our work is driven by the experiences, passion and challenges of people of color and women who make a meaningful impact in the environmental and conservation field, despite facing systemic barriers and adversity. For them and for our environment, we must ensure everyone (from aspiring to mid-level career professionals) has access to the possibility of a thriving career in the sector.
